Genus Stenalsella Evans 1966: 117
Type species: Stenalsella testacea Evans, by original designation

Known species: Only the type species, from Qld and NSW, is known

Comments: The diagnostic feature used in this key is the amalgamation of the two veins of the clavus to form a Y-vein. This feature is not found in other thymbrines examined. Very few specimens of S. testacea have been found in collections so little information is available about the species.
