Genus Ledropsella Evans 1966: 101
Type species: Platyledra monstrosa Evans, by original designation

Known species: The type species, Ledropsella monstrosa (Evans), from Western Australia, is the only known species.

Comments: The shape of the pronotum, in which the central longitudinal carina is raised posteriorly to form a high crest well above the level of the scutellum, and the shape of the crown, which widens in front of the eyes before narrowing to the apex, differentiates this genus from other Australian Ledrini.
