| Genus Eurymelella Evans 1939: 47 Type species: Eurymelella tonnoiri Evans, by monotypy Known species: Only the type species is known Comments: The distribution of the type species, in NSW and Tas, implies that it is spread across southeastern Australia but specimens are not common in collections. The black colouring with distinct pale fascia placed this species originally in the Tribe Eurymelini but the lack of accessory processes on the subgenital plates, the diagnostic feature for Eurymelini, led Evans (1966) to move it across into the Ipoini.
