Type species: Maeniana hirsuta Jacobi 1928 (by original designation)

Known species: The type species, from northern Western Australia and the Northern Territory, is the only species described in this genus although other species undoubtedly exist.

Comments: Nothing is known of the biology of this species, except that it has been swept from ground covers in a papaya plantation in NT.
