Genus Massila Walker 1862: 314

Type species: Massila sicca Walker 1862

Distribution: Australia

Species: Four species are known: M. sicca from NSW and Qld, M. ptyeloides (Walker 1862: 311) from Qld, M. viridicana Jacobi (1928: 22) from Qld and M. walkeri Kirkaldy (1906: 459) from Qld.

Note: Medler (1986b) illustrated the genitalia of M. viridicana and Medler (1987) illustrated the genitalia of M. sicca (as M. sidnica Kirkaldy) and M. walkeri.
