Type species: Parabunda tasmanica Emeljanov 2005, by original designation Known species: Only the type species is known. Distribution: The genus was described from two Tasmanian specimens but a single specimen from Victoria exists. Comments: Superficially this genus resembles
Bunduica
Jacobi. However, the pronotum is constricted behind the eyes, the central
carina of the frons is distinct and the vertex is slightly concave. Furthermore,
Parabunda
has a distinct pterostigma of reticulate veins, a feature it shares with
Dipsiathus Emeljanov.
