Diagnosis: Anterior supra-alar bristles
present. Prescutellar bristles absent. Anterior notopleural bristle absent.
Posterior surstylus lobe short. Medial post sutural vittae absent. Lateral
post sutural vittae present. Wing markings costal band & anal streak
only. Costal streak limited to costa - touching R4+5 at margin only. Hind
femur uniformly pale. Postpronotal calli yellow. Scutellum entirely yellow/pale.
Attractant: Methyl Eugenol (rarely
cue lure)
Larval Hosts: capsicum & tomatoes
