Chinese: Dong Gua

The largest of the gourds/melons sold in the market. Smooth skinned, cylindrical, oblong and light green skinned, different types of Wax Melon can range in weight from 2 or 3 kg to 30 kg or more.

Growing conditions: Tropical and sub-tropical in Australia.
